Blessed by our technology,
so much communication,
if we’re not talking on the phone,
we’re waiting at the station.
We find we’re surfing internet
or roaring down the pike,
when we used to enjoy wooded paths
or cruising on a bike.
The days of paying attention
to the life of here and now,
has been eclipsed by question marks,
the where and when and how.
