Tuesday honors Tiw,
the Germanic god of war,
known to seek out justice
in settling a score.
We also think of Winnie,
the gentle bear named Pooh,
who had a sense of humor
and did what he could do.
We’re blessed with inspirations
that have come to us today.
I’ll try to keep a lighted heart
as I pass the time away.
